Foerster Management Consulting GmbH

Foerster Management was founded in 2007. The focus of our portfolio is the management of complex digital transformations. We support our clients in the planning of digital roadmaps and in the implementation of their projects. We work as interim managers in the roles of transformation manager, program manager, change manager and program management office manager. F-MC also offers knowledge and experience from consultants and coaches and support responsible client managers in their operational tasks. Experienced management professionals and technical experts from Foerster Management Consulting and our partner network work with passion to successfully implement projects together with our clients.
